Adam Dorsky, Esq.

Mr. Dorsky has over 20 years of experience in practicing all aspects of Immigration Law, representing individual and corporate clients in business and family-based immigration matters.

Mr. Dorsky has successfully prepared and filed countless Non-Immigrant and Immigrant Visa Petitions. His nonimmigrant visa work includes, but is not limited to preparing successful, H-1B1, B-1/2, E-1/2, L-1A/B, O-1, H-2, K-1, and K-3 visa petitions. Additionally, he has extensive experience in preparing PERM Applications, I-130 and I-140 Immigrant Petitions and Adjustment of Status Applications. Mr. Dorsky also counsels clients regarding consular processing of both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications.

Mr. Dorsky has extensive immigration litigation experience representing clients in Removal Proceedings before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and the Board of Immigration Appeals. He also represents clients before the U.S.C.I.S. in Adjustment of Status and Naturalization Interviews.

Mr. Dorsky graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He earned his Juris Doctorate at the New York Law School in New York, NY. While in Law School, his academic achievement earned him the position of Associate Editor of the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights. Mr. Dorsky’s performance in that position resulted in his being promoted to the position of Articles Editor of the New York Journal of Human Rights.

Mr. Dorsky is admitted to the New York Bar. He is authorized to practice immigration and Nationality law throughout the United States.
