
Ms. Byles graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Miami in 1993. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the St. Thomas University School of Law in 1996. She then worked as a Staff Attorney for the Human Rights Institute at St. Thomas University. She gained experience in various areas of law, advocating for immigrants and residents of the Opa Locka community. Ms. Byles is a passionate supporter of at-risk children. She believes in doing the work, not just talking about the work.
Born in Jamaica, W.I., Ms. Byles has a personal insight into the process of immigrating to the United States. She understands how different the path can be for people of different backgrounds. She practices in the area of immigration law. She offers knowledge and compassion to her clients.
